There are reports that Carlos Sainz Sr is angling for the FIA presidency.

Honestly, I don't know enough about him to say if that's a good or bad idea, but he's got to be an upgrade to the current office holder.

I don't know if the FIA has any bylaws to reflect he would have influence over a series his family competes in.  I'm guessing with the level of corruption these international agencies usually have, there isn't and if there is, they're rarely enforced.  (Not to suggest that Sainz would do anything untoward.  Just make sure everything seems fair)

I suddenly thought that I should check my predictions but nothing was there so I thought I hadn't set them but it seems I have?
Do they disappear while the race is on?

The last race I can watch live for awhile without staying up into the silly hours.

Bio fuel for V6 ICE in 26 may cost teams up to $2.4 million a season putting extra strain on budget cap. 

Not only that but OEM engine manufacturer teams could benefit from lowered fuel costs from tame oil giants whilst customer teams using same product may have to pay full whack. 

Hey I hope governments don't mandate fully Bio fuel for us poor mortals in their crazy drive for net zero. With stratospheric price hikes I'd only be able to use my diesel car for less than a week a month.

Stringent car testing policies make it harder now for entirely new Teams entering F1.
Cadillac will need to use some kind of outdated mule car to train & sharpen frontline pit crew & engineers.

Max and Kelly have a daughter, named Lily, who was born to get Max  out of a Media Day.   

A new baby is always exciting, and from what I've heard Max and Kelly have been fantastic parents to Penelope, so I think Lily has a bright life ahead of her.

I wish all involved my heartfelt congratulations and best of luck navigating this world.

Although there's 3 close at top this term it's not quite the 7 in with a shout after 5 races in 2012. 
All the hallmarks of a ding dong fight are in place though.
