Title: Novel F1 KERS system thwarted when in race re-fueling ended

Williams flywheel KERS could have been the winning tech in the new hybrid era, what went wrong?
- A change in rules.  :(

This vid explains the flywheel system and the ultimate uses its been put to.  I love the Hybrid/Hybrid reference - anyone brave enough amongst manufacturers to give it a go?  :D

I remember when Williams developed the system & wondered why they never used it. Thanks, John.
