Seems purr..fectly suited to the task if you ask me, all they have to do is turn up, stay quieter than a mouse during the trial, then paws for thought at the end of the case.

This stuff happens because people attempt to defraud the government on their tax returns, claiming the pet as a legal dependant (therefore making the pet elligible for jury duty).

Anytime these goofy stories about pets getting jury duty show up, expect the tax man to follow shortly.
