Don't bother clicking on that, it won't work.

The second one works, now all of you from overseas can have a laugh on us Brits.

Look at the other beneficial effects of the change, Ian. Now, the kiddies' snack can be declared a "square meal."  ;)

Wouldn't the square, with four dangerous corners, be even more hazardous than a three corner triangle? Better to make them round.

I agree, triangular flapjacks are very dangerous. In the school canteen they are the equivalent of ninja stars!  ::)

I think it's a good call.I can't count the number of times
I've nearly lost a eye eating triangular flapjacks

I was more shocked with how bad the flapjack looked. Far to dry for my tastes, needs a little treacle to moisten it up

Cheer up!! Over here in the good ole US of A, they are thinking about whether or not to let teachers carry guns.

That'll do wonders for classroom discipline.  No mucking about if you know the teacher is packing.   :o :o

My son's headmaster reminds me of Lawrence Dallaglio.

So this must be a geography thing.

In Canada a 'flapjack' is a pancake.  They are almost universally round, as special techniques are needed to make them any other shape.  They are soft and floppy, and if you attempt to make them into a projectile, surely would disintigrate faster than Vettel and Webber's relationship.

The very idea of being hurt by a (Canadian) flapjack is absurd.  Maybe if you were sleeping and someone put one on your face you might suffocate.  Or you could be like McDonald's, and stuff flapjacks with egg, cheese, sausage and salt.  That would work too, but more of a long range plan for hurting someone.

So what is a flapjack in England?
