Christmas Music 2018
« on: December 09, 2018, 04:51:24 PM »
It's about time to start our annual Christmas music mash up concert.

I might as well start with something car related:

“You can search the world over for the finer things, but you won't find a match for the American road and the creatures that live on it.”
― Bob Dylan

I'm adding this since rediscovering the talent of 'Emmerson Lake & Palmer' after meeting an old mate again after many years.

Hope I have the correct approach here guys?

A catchy wee tune behind the wheel (introduced to me by my "now" ... Canadian Better half) .... one of the first songs she ever sent along to me from her super fast "Canada Cable" to my old "Scottish Dial Up AOL" days!!

EDIT:  Clicked play on the videos above.  I now see that Christmas is the primary objective, car related is a bonus, right? .... School report just in >>> "Must Try Harder!"  :DD

Best Regards,
Cal :)

I've always loved The Carpenters and I've only just discovered their Christmas album. It just goes to show how young I am.  :P

Always liked this as an offbeat alternative Xmas song.  ;)

I wonder if Danny Ric will do an advert drinking a Canberra Milk shoey?

Here's Vince Vance with a great song and a truly epic haircut:

Here's one for all of you who have had about all of the Christmas shopping you can handle for one year.
