The team seemed fairly satisfied with the performance of the car in testing. If they've sorted the brakes so Grosjean feels comfortable, that alone would be a big improvement.

My hopes are high for the new season. (Yes, I'm wearing my Hass cap as I type this)

Still, I wonder if I'm worried about the brakes on Grosjean's car or Grosjean's problems with the brakes on his car.   ;)

While I have difficulty in seeing Haas getting 4th (that would mean beating every non-manufacturer plus Renault), 6th seems very plausible and 5th is a reasonable "stretch" goal.
