If your inner hero yearns to break free, this could be the key.

The sale is by Southerby's in Monterey California and is the James Bond car that was prepared by Aston Martin whereas the original, which is missing, was done by the film studio. There were four cars two kitted out with all the toys and two who's weight was reduced for the high speed shots. This particular car spent 35 years in a museum and has just come out of a 4 year restoration in Italy, the pictures show what a stunning job they have done.

One mistake in the barnebys link. Pierce Brosnan in Goldeneye was thenext time Bond drove a DB5. George Lazenby drove a DBS in On Her Majesty's Secret Service and Timothy Dalton drove a V8 Vantage in The Living Daylights. I think Connery may have briefly driven the DBS in Diamonds are Forever.

And!
I drove a new Vanquish S in the Hatfield tunnel at 150mph what a stunning car I only wish I could afford one.
