Title: Williams' new recruits
Post by: F1fanaticBD on December 09, 2013, 11:22:28 AM
Yet another two aerodynamic engineer is leaving Lotus & Red Bull to join Williams. Surely Williams is trying to let this dreadful 2013 go, and definitely capitalize the regulation changes of 2014. I can understand the reason for leaving Lotus, surely they are in grave situation regarding finance. But why are people leaving RBR  :DntKnw: :DntKnw:

Better a big cog in a little machine than a little cog in a big machine?

I remember in an interview in Brazil, Claire Williams mentioned that they have signed some new sponsorship for next year (with a grin on her face) so either they are busy spending Maldo's sponsor money, or they really have bagged a good and wealthy sponsor for next year.  Either way, I'm happy they are putting money into engineering, after all that is what Williams has historically been more about.

Though people are saying that 2014 will be the battle of engine, because of this big regulation change, but till now all the big teams have acquired aerodynamist from the other team, Williams being the latest.  :DntKnw: :DntKnw:
