Title: How is this fair??

How do people with position or power get away with this?? It sets such a bad example..... I mean even Peppa Pig was slated about not wearing a seatbelt and was "forced" to wear one so why aren't the Royals as well??

Didn't Phil receive a bit of a "pardon" for Drink Driving in the recent past?

Yes, amazing what power positions can bring you ... although some countries around the world don't care how famous/important you are - you will be slammed up, just like "Cattle Class".

Best Regards,
Cal :)

It wouldn't surprise me if he did get caught drink driving and let off.

I also think it's having a doctor waiting on you and probably
never doing a hard days work in your life. Genetics help too

Fair?  Don't all laws come from the power of the Queen?  Is it possible to arrest her in the name of herself?

And if people really cared about her not wearing a seatbelt, seems kinda silly to try and change a 92 year old's mind on such things.  Why wasn't it a problem last year?  Or in 1985?

http://projectbritain.com/government/laws.htm

Nobody is above the law so basically she has broke her own law. Makes it even worse doesn't it? She above all people should set the example after all she was the one who passed the law in the first place. What we need is Sergeant Angel out of Hot Fuzz. He would have locked her and her husband away already  :good:  :DD

Not doing a hard day's work would help you reach your 90's but really would you want to swap your life for theirs?? I wouldn't, not in a million years  :yahoo:

I'm still in awe of any 97 year old who can roll a Range Rover with or without a seat belt and calmly stand around talking about it afterwards. To quote Rocky Hardcastle, "Rock on!"  :good:

He was pictured not wearing a seatbelt on private land so no laws broken and when the Disco rolled he was wearing seatbelt.

Last year I received a ticket for not wearing
a seat belt. The cop said he was doing me a
favor. I forgot to thank him...$25 is all
