He is probably doing a willie nelson "on the road again"...........
Rom

Righto, Rom! I'm in Jackson, TN with a VERY weak connection. Leaving in the morning for Conway, Arkansas.
-
I have to admit that I am a culprit of forum lurking too. I am a member of many forums covering various subjects from cars to webmaster stuff and all I use them for is reference.
I have to say that NONE of them have the atmosphere that we have here, if they did I would join in!
-
Sometimes you go to a forum though and you feel you might not be accepted because everybody is already really chummy. Maybe there's an element of that here. :DntKnw:
So come on new members/lurkers I think we need a couple more people to contribute!
Maybe join in and play dare's GP game before the next race in a couple of weeks!

You could be right there Neil, I've got to say tho' it did'nt take long and only a couple of posts to get a nice bit of stick back, luv it. Don't like the way everybody sl*gs off good old Bernie tho', he's mustard ain't he. :DD

You should go over the water and explaine that a F1 car would beat a Nascar round one of their tracks.
It does not go down very well......Although it would beat it hands down.

August 4th of this year: NASCAR Busch Series Montreal 200 at Circuit Gilles Villeneuve. The Cup cars already run at Watkins Glen every year, the long-time home of the USGP.
Besides, what could be more cutting edge than a pushrod V8 with a mechanical fuel pump and a 4 bbl carb, driving through a live rear axle?
-
When I first came across this forum,
was hesitant to post for awhile, didn't
know how I'd be accepted
Best thing I ever did, super friendly
people,so join in new members
-
I'd like to welcome our 3 latest members
aziz,aziz12,and aziz 1234

I mentioned this site on another posting board where I'm a regular, and two people immediately came over. Score! :good:
-

Rom

Well done claw_grrrl, keep spreading the word everybody :good:

Always wondered what you did.Are you a builder of
homes?
-
Dare, all he'd build up there is your hopes, then you'd go rushing out to the toilet, I hope.
-
Ohmigod, what have I done, think I better get a more "sensible" avatar!! Now what shall I have next :DntKnw:
Dare, I mainly work in offices and flats doing suspended ceilings etc (yeah, don't laugh) I bloody hate it :'( :D

Hey Neil nothing wrong with that.At least your
out of the weather.
Now all we got to do is get Ian to put
a drop ceiling on one of his trains
-
Hey, Neil, I spend a lot of my working time running computer cabling through those suspended ceilings! New construction isn't bad, but some of the sites I do date back to the 60's. Nothing like popping up a tile and having 45 years of rat crap drop on your head!
-
Hi Cos, your dead right, new offices are not too bad, some of the refurb' work we do drives me nuts!!
Cheers

Maybe one of your guys can start another thread on people's professions ! :)
