Title: Max's Future
Post by: Wizzo on April 27, 2008, 07:19:32 PM
Max Mosley has eight weeks in which to prepare his defence ahead of a general assembly of the FIA which could decide his future.

Mosley’s presidency of the FIA is to be decided on June 3 when a vote of confidence, via a secret ballot, will be held.

The news yesterday came as Mosley failed to gain an injunction against the News of the World to prevent the Sunday tabloid from continuing to run a video in which he is engaged in lurid activities.

It is the newspaper’s publication of two scandalous articles of late, run in conjunction with the video, that has landed Mosley in the hot water in which he now finds himself.

Despite various calls for him to resign from a post he has held since 1993, Mosley has so far belligerently refused to do so.  >:D
