Reminds me a bit of the Big One at Blackpool with an added twist, the central section where it is running upside down a couple of times looks really scary stuff. :swoon: I take it the darkness at the end is part of the ride and not going off the rails.
Did I also see the Statue of Liberty in the background which I guess maybe puts the ride on Coney island?

You did see the Statue of Liberty John, I'll tell you now, I would'nt ride it, don't thnk my blood pressure would take it. :o

Way back in 1958 when I was 9 years old
I rode a roller coaster at Coney Island while on
vacation with the family.Scared the hades out

Was that the Coney Island in NYC, or the one in Cincinnati, Dare?
The coaster in the video is the Manhattan Express at the New York, New York casino on the Las Vegas strip. The casino also has a replica Statue of Liberty. The wide street off to the side is The Strip.
Try this one. It's a short distance from the one in the first vid. The ride isn't nearly as dramatic, but the scenery is breathtaking. It's 1000' up on top of Stratosphere, a space needle like casino. Stratosphere can be seen briefly in the distance in the first vid.

I thought you might be old enough to remember the old Cincy Coney Island, back before it moved north of the city and became King's Island.
The coaster at Coney Island NYC was probably the old, wooden Cyclone at Astroland Park. It's always been a favorite of mine. I always made a point of going out there a few tims every summer when I lived in the city. Sadly, Astroland went out of business at the end of the 2008 season. They do hope to keep a few thing, like The Cyclone and the Lola Staar's Deamland Roller Rink open.

It's funny but as a 9 yr old in NYC
the 2 things that stuck in my mind
were the guys tossing pizza's in
the shops and the wino's sleeping
in the gutters
