That's better and worse. Originally I thought only two cars had to drop out for Fisichella/Foster/Alesi (I know Foster isn't listed on the link you gave, but he is on the Planet Le Mans one), but now there need to be three drop-outs. However, if GT1 dropouts can also be counted, that means there are 25 instead of 17 candidates that could count towards those three.
Also worth noting: Giancarlo is a "designated driver" which means that he has to be on the team or the whole entry must be withdrawn (unless force majuere such as injury can be demonstrated). The others can be swapped around until a relatively late stage, but Giancarlo cannot. This means that whatever else happens, if the #95 car is on the track at the 24 hour Le Mans, he must be one of the people in it.
