I agree, it was great to see a punk (bully) getting his due for a change.  Only problem is that generally bullying is weighted the opposite way, either in weight or numbers.  Not many victims can fight back like that.  The only solution is that the passive majority needs to jump in and change the equation...but they so rarely do.

I also read that the punk's ankle had been broken, and judging by the way he barely staggered to his feet, I'm more inclined to believe that report.

I saw that video last week and was going to post it but figured it might polarize opinions and wanted to avoid the storm it might create but....

Good on the dude for sticking up for himself. It's easy for people to say turn the cheek and just report the abuse but it's another thing to actually have to live with it on a daily basis. Obviously not the solution to every schoolyard incident but when that guy power slammed his tormentor to the ground like that it sent a message to all those little shites that get off tormenting others. If this disuades just one bully from their antics then I nominate this kid for a medal. I feel absolutely no pity on the 12 year old or his little friends egging him on in the video.  :good:

Good on the kid, nobody should have to put up with that crap. IMO he stopped to soon, he should have got a few more digs in, I would have.
