What browser are you using, Ian? You need to set your browser to accept cookies from sites. For example, in Firefox, you would go to TOOLS, then OPTIONS, then PRIVACY. At that point, you would tick the ACCEPT COOKIES FROM SITES box.

Open Internet Explorer. Click on "Tools" and then "Internet Options" - "Security" - "Trusted Sites" and type in the site name and click on Add and then ok.

Adjust cookie permissions

Click the wrench icon  on the browser toolbar.
Select Settings.
Click the Under the Hood tab.
Click Content settings in the "Privacy" section.
Click the Cookies tab in the Content Settings dialog that appears:
