Kimi, Get out of the F***** way!
« on: October 28, 2013, 11:15:25 AM »
Love it...I guess they tend to swear when they don't want the FOM to rebroadcast it, but somebody got a copy that was complete.  In the race they did broadcast an edited version of it though.

To jump to Kimi's defence, he said he would move over, but not on a high speed corner.  Kimi was fighting for points just as much as Romain was, so he had every right to not give way, especially on a fast corner where he could potentially lose too much time getting off the racing line.  He did move over, and Romain couldn't have caught Rosberg for any more points anyhow, so Lotus whining to the press about wanting to have a 'talk' with Kimi about the incident is just fluff.

Sounds like the team and Kimi have just about had enough of each other with only 3 races to go.  I can't wait to see how he stirs things up at Ferrari.   ;) ;)

My favorite radio call of the day was right at the finish. Rocky called to Vettel, "Kimi just took fresh tires and obliterated your lap."

My second favorite came right after that. Rocky called for the usual post race procedure. Vettel replied, "Not this time," and did the donuts.

If I were Kimi, I'd point out they're not paying him to pull over:  they're not paying him at all.
