They've seized trophies & historic race cars in his Brazil museum. 

From his comments in the GP247 article, link below, it seems Emmo is keeping his chin up over his financial plight.

It is a shame that Emerson has found himself in such a difficult position. Hope renegotiations go well for him.

He seems to be in real trouble, hope he will recover from this mess. I guess its the consequence some of the businessmen faces, when after few years of rapid growth in the economy, the sudden break of that trend caught them off-guard, finding themselves in huge amount of debt. I think F1 has seen in many a times, most recently with Vijay Malaya from India.
