50th Anniversary of the movie LeMans

With the 24 Hours of LeMans coming up this weekend, it's worth noting that 2021 marks the 50th Anniversary of one of the greatest racing movies ever - Steve McQueen's production of "LeMans."

I re-watched my DVD of it last Saturday in the run up to this years race. It really is a film aimed at racers and race fans. It's still a great film the stands up to the test of time very well. It is probably most famous in the racing community for the scene below. Steve find the words that racers had been looking for since racing began:
