FIA admits 22 rules incomplete on F1 car underfloor area :swoon:, can you take a note of that Mr Wolff :P, but changes required to be able push through correct metrics for anti porpoising measures on safety grounds. Last couple of minutes of video below explains this and why compromise reached.

This no cheating admission comes because FIA clearly trying to rectify past mistakes of poor rules writing, hence a delay until Spa is allowed for changes.
If cheating was involved then the changes could/would have to been required at next race, possibly as early as Brit GP.

Video also explains new parameters that must be met from Spa, though personally I find it hard to get my limited tech brain around most of the mm here and mm there at reference holes.  :confused:  :crazy: :fool:
