Both Neil and I was invited to a wedding a few years back, it was a great wedding with a good deal of money spent on the usual things. One of these was the catering company who was in attendance to supply and make the meals 'on site'.

The starters and the main course where fabulous and the problems didn't arise until the dessert was served. The dessert was a simple strawberries & cream (there may have been something else but my memory is not that good), all looked great but when everyone started eating there was a noticeable grumble and the pulling of faces from the guests.

After a short time people realised that the catering company had sprinkled the strawberries with salt in stead of sugar! The guests were told to leave their dessert and all did - except one.  ::)

Neil looked around, shrugged his shoulders and said 'it's doable' he tucked in and finished and then looked around for more! - Nutter!

It was a fantastic day, I wasn't gonna let a little bit of salt put a downer on things :yahoo:

Rinse 'em and dry 'em.  Leave the stems and leaves intact.

Hold the strawberry by the stem end, dip the end in sour cream, then in brown sugar.

Nummy.
