David Hasselhoff has blown the lid on one of the biggest celebrity stories of all time.The former Knight Rider actor has revealed that his co-star in the show, Kitt the talking car, is in fact gay.



Speaking to a group of students at Trinity College in Dublin, the Hoff stunned those who had turned out to listen to him by dropping the bombshell and revealing the truth behind everyone's favourite TV car.We have some fairly X-rated outtakes on Knight Rider," he said to the sound of astonished gasps.

The Hoff continued to cause surprise with revelations about his personal relationship with Kitt, revealing that their friendship often had blurry lines."Kitt was constantly asking, 'Do you want me to take you home Michael?' in that very camp voice of his," he said.

Hasselhoff is currently in the UK promoting his autobiography, a new single and a movie.
