I have just got back to the motel after seeing U2 for the second time in their 360 tour (the first time was in Sydney last December).
I seen them at the Angels Stadium in Anaheim and had a great time, the stage and show is amazing. But the music is the best part. It is also loud, my ears were ringing for a while after.
Has anyone else seen them? It is worth the money! And here is couple of pictures.

You're making some of us pretty darned jealous Aazz.
I'd love to see them, but I probably missed their last European tour, and there is nothing on their website about the next time they might swing through. I'd love to take my son.

Me and my mate went to see them in Paris 2005 at the Stade de France stadium on the Vertigo tour, superb.

I'm one of the few who don't hate them but at the same time they just don't do it for me. I won't turn them off when they come on the radio but I also wouldn't play their CD's myself. However there is no denying that Bono is a true showman, one of the top 5 band leaders.

Bono is a bit of a t*t, can't have musicians with all the political baggage. Great band but, never seen them live. Don't know that they have ever played Belfast.
-
Maybe not Belfast David, but they done Slane Castle in 2001, the DVD of that is the best live show of all time, I've almost worn my copy out.

I gave up going to concerts when I had to step over and around a bunch of unconscious kids who looked about 13, 14 on my way out of a Heart concert 30 or so years ago.

Hey Ian I have the Slane Castle concert DVD on high rotation at home as well. I always have trouble deciding whether to watch the Slane Castle DVD, the 360 tour on Blu Ray or Good Evening New York City by Paul McCartney (I highly recommend this one). I usually just stock the beer fridge and watch a couple in a row.
-
I've got the Vertigo DVD from Chicago, not as good as Paris though and nowhere nearly as good as Slane Castle.

If I was one of them, I apologise.
Claw_Grrrl and I haven't been to a rock concert since, well, last night. We went to see Tommy James & The Shondells.

Crimson & Clover, Draggin' the Line, I Think We're Alone Now.....
It was the Earth Angel Super Cruise. The Earth Angel Foundation raises money for critically ill children. This was the 25th Annual Super Cruise. Lots and lots and lots of classic cars, muscle cars, hot rods and a classic rock concert - all for a great cause.
Claw_Grrrl and I have been involved from the start. I'll post some pix in a few days.

OK, now I'm seriously jealous.

I saw them on the 360 tour at Wembley Stadium. I was a bit disappointed to be honest.

I heard tickets are about $250 for mediocre seats...a bit pricey unless Bono's donating it all.
