How many of these legendary drivers do you recognise?

There's no mistaking Graham Hill's mustache & London Rowing Club helmet in the #10 BRM. I think that's Jim Clark beside him in the #6 Lotus & Richie Ginther in the #22 Honda.

If this photo the start of the 65 Dutch GP at Zandvoort, which I believe it is, then along with Cossie's suggestions that'd also be:-

Dan Gurney #16 in a Brabham, Big John Surtees #2 in the Ferrari on the 2nd row.
Then Mike Spence #8 in the other Lotus with a barely visible Denny Hulme 2nd Brabham, JYS in the other BRM in not seen in the pic but was alongside them on the 3rd row.

I think that's Ian 5th row up right beside the speaker.

Denny and not Black Jack himself?

It's Hulme in Black Jack's #14 Brabham car, here's a vid of the actual race.

Wow! Thanks John, isn't that amazing? Once you could see him clearly you could see that it was Hulme even if the announcer hadn't told you. To me those are proper racing cars, great to see them sliding around at the limit.

Great vid, John! Thanks!  :good:

I've always been a fan of Zanvoort.

Here's an on-board from Zanvoort one year later, from the film Grand Prix. Don't let the name Scott Stoddard or JYS's helmet fool you - that's Phil Hill driving.
