Well that's ugly!

I'm not a Formula E fan and the thought of watching silent cars go around does nothing for me I loved the V8 V10 sound but now on top of silent running they have made the 2018/19 cars as ugly as!

They've managed to do two things I didn't think possible. 1. Made Formula E even worse. 2. Actually make the 2018 spec-racer IndyCar body look good by comparison.

Formula E has always been a bad joke. Ugly, silent cars that can only manage to make it through half of a sprint race. Races that are decided not so much by the drivers and/or cars but by how many people will tweet for them.

Maybe if the make the current, excuse the pun, cars sound like they have V10's it'll make a difference but that will also drain the battery so probably mean they cannot get halfway.

I can't get into FE either, tried watching a couple of them but gave up.

I like Formula E (though not as much as Mum, who thinks it's the best racing out there, despite Dad's attempts to convince her it's F1 and mine to convince her it's WEC). I have misgivings about the new look but it's not really Formula E's worst problem...

I can agree that they are not very attractive and the sound of a V12/10/8 in anger is much better then the silence of the E cars.
I am encouraged that there is a series for electric cars as there will come a time in the not so distant future when they will be the series as fuel powered internal combustion is on a limited lifespan.  And as much as we may not want to admit it, we all know it's true.

Not so distant future? Would you like to define how long that'll be?
I cannot see it happening for 30 or more years and then you'll still have places where fossil fuel rules.
