Desktop Traffic Monitor
« on: May 14, 2006, 10:07:02 PM »
With the constant traffic jams and road incidents around today ,it  would be nice to know what you are going to encounter before you set out on the trip
Go.....  to...  getmethere.co.uk   They provide a desktop monitor map  of ongoing traffic conditions wherever you live, which provides up to date information regarding jams and warnings of incidents. It also has Route Planners and can relay navigation to certain posh mobile phones. It also provides mobile phone tracker to consenting mobil phone users , which is useful if the wife's ran of with the milkman, or your'e car has been stolen with your'e mobile inside. It will mean you will be able to track it yourself without anybody else's knowledge. Probably a good idea to leave a pay as you go phone hidden at all times in your'e car?
The Site is well worth a look at
Dave
