No its not a Tyrrell Ali.  I am surprised that you didn't see it on the site I nicked the picture from. 

It's not exactly a successful team if that helps anyone.

Ah, I see what you mean now Steven! The periscope mirror (which is the giveaway) wasn't clear to me on the thumbnail.
