Title: Ferrari F1 team's grid cooling bag trick - for airbox gain or sandbagging?

Mystery surrounds Ferrari's use of a filled bag placed over the on board camera area of their cars at crucial times in pits.
The assumption is it's for cooling - but what  :DntKnw: - or is it just a blindfold device on the cameras?
Autosport's Jonathan Noble seems as stumped as the rest of the grid.
