Title: Tsunoda's Favorite Part of Formula 1
Post by: cosworth151 on May 11, 2021, 01:45:11 PM
Care to take a guess at what AlphaTauri rookie drive Yuki Tsunoda's favorite thing about his job is? The speed? The glamour? The pretty buildings in the background?

Actually, it's the food.

"The best thing about Formula is driving the fastest car in the world, I think," Tsunoda said. "Others, I also like to eat good food in hospitality every week. I like that. I really like the food and the hospitality. I really enjoy it, every hospitality.

"For example, AlphaTauri and Honda is very different. Japanese food at Honda and Italian for Scuderia AlphaTauri, so I can enjoy those two different kinds of food in one week or one day. For me, that’s a good thing."

Oh, and as for that "fastest car in the world" thing, could somebody please tell him about IndyCar and NHRA Top Fuel.  ;)

He's lucky he's not at Mercedes eating English and German food!   :DD

Do you think Aston Martin offers up Canadian along with their English grub?

I could go for some Carolina BBQ from Haas though.

Think you'll find a lot of pasta dishes in all the driver canteens Jeri. It's what most dieticians recommend for athletes competing.  ;)

The one food I've always seen everywhere in the Carolinas is boiled peanuts. They sell those things by the sackful every place you look.
