And if you can fix a spoon to it you can stir your sauce heating on the cooker at the same time. :D

That is great, only one problem in my house, gas hob, burn and crash, call fire brigade.  ::)

Cool vid! Like Ian, I've got a gas stove, so my flight might also end with a re-enactment of the Hindenburg crash.

Sailplane pilots do much the same thing. They'll find thermal updrafts and circle over them to gain altitude.
