Title: 1953 Corvette Pedal Car
Post by: Wizzo on November 17, 2008, 11:05:04 PM
Made by Kettler, this pedal car is modeled after a 1953 Corvette.  :good:

Made with exacting detail that marked its larger predecessor as the most sought-after Corvette model in the world, this version has a chrome grill, fenders, and bumper with detailed wheel covers. Its tubular steel frame is covered by a durable ABS solid body painted in a high-gloss finish; ABS floor pan conceals drive chain and wheel wells.

Its pedal crank is ball bearing-driven and uses bicycle pedals and a bicycle sprocket for smooth pedaling. The wheels use ball-bearing hubs on heavy spindles and axles that drive tubeless pneumatic tires. A hand-operated coaster lever switches between neutral and drive and a right-hand brake lever controls the brake for the rear wheels.

Ages 4 to 10.  :(

The only drawback is the $1,500 price tag!  :o
