According to Facebook, he was stretchered into an balance but gave the thumbs up on the way. Hopefully no serious injuries.  Looked a bit nasty though, going under the barriers, I think the main problem was getting the barriers back off the car.

Reports during Quali say that Carlos is OK. The G readings during the shunt were high enough that they are keeping him in hospital overnight for observation. No word about him making the race.

The Tecpro barriers did a fine job of cushioning the impact. They are a great innovation.

45g impact and they let him race 24hrs later?  That was a bit unusual I think.  I thought the waiting period was something between 48-72hrs before driving anything.  Was there no reserve driver available or were there other considerations that pushed the team to put him in the car a little more than 24hrs after the FP3 crash?  He even complained of dizziness during the first 10 laps or so.  I'm not so sure it was a bright idea to let him into the car.

I had heard it was a 5g force, which is why he could race, maybe the report should be 4.5g

5g is a sharp corner.  Pretty sure it was 45g.  There was water on or in those barriers and it sprayed a huge swath behind the barriers when he hit.  It really was a massive impact.

The crash was 45g, but there are baseline tests in F1 that can be used to determine if a driver has sustained an injury from a collision but isn't showing obvious signs of concussion. Carlos presumably passed those before being allowed back into the car.
