I'm not surprised that it was one of JMF's cars. I am surprised that it was around 4 times the price of the second place car. They must have had a really good auctioneer on duty that day.

Pictures & Jokes / Re: The importance of logic in computer games

Ah, but if I have a towel, why would I also need a mop?

I think the operative word in your original question Alia is 'games', since when have games made logical sense?
Try working out the logic of Cricket, I have many times and found no resolution.  :D

I refer you to my previous answer - ask Marvin, he's a computer.   :DD

That was pretty good John. I'd like to see a comparison
with the pre 1970 cars

Yeah I know it's a long video but after a few mins you find it becomes a real simulated race round Monza.  :good:
I'm sure you'll be hooked like I was.

The result? - well you'll have to watch and find out.  :D

At least they had a nice chase car.

An unusual scene in the Czech Republic. A moving GP2 car was spotted on the motorway there last weekend.

Police have started an investigation in the hope of tracing the driver. To date, however, this has not been successful.

Remarkably, the same GP2 car was also spotted on the motorway in 2019. Then too, despite investigation, no one was eventually apprehended either.

My Sunday driver is a gaily painted ladies bycycle, - I'll have to try harder.  :D

Pit Pass / Re: What's FIA aiming for with 26 new gen regs in F1?

Clark, Gurney, Moss, Hill. Stewart, etc

Those were the days my friend I thought they'd never end.

F1 is a joke now

I quite agree Dare!
There seems to be little room for innovation which was always the bit of F1 I liked I'd like them to return to normally aspirated engines with whatever fuel keeps the FIA happy and give aero choice.
It'll never happen in my lifetime.
