More on Zhou's roll hoop failure

An explanation of what exactly happened with the failure of Zhou's roll hoop at Silverstone. I didn't know that the roll hoop actually gouged a groove into the pavement before it departed the car. It's design met the rules and it did it's job. Still, the specifications definitely need to be reexamined.
