Latifi Done at Williams

Williams will not be extending Latifi's contract past 2022.

While I'm sure they might change their mind if he manages a win, that seems unlikely.

I think 3 years to 'prove himself' has been more than fair.  I feel like he has the skills to drive at an elite level, but was never able to handle the pressure/nerves of driving a full F1 event.  Even though he's not going to be remembered as an F1 great, getting into F1 isn't easy, even with the backing he has had.  Hopefully he finds a racing series where he can excel and bring pride to Torontonian race fans.

Nicholas was a competent F1 driver but I think he found his level at Williams. After the Monza deputy stint, I anticipate Nyck de Vries will become Alex Albon's next team-mate.
