Well thejudge13 seems to think so. Ban on party modes and new look at ERS deployment can be laid squarely at the Red team's door says thejudge.   :swoon:

All stems from secret 'get out of gaol free' deal agreed between FIA and Ferrari, over excess fuel/oil burn & engine matters, apparently.   >:(
