Tsunodo is OUT
Hadjar is being PROMOTED to RBR
Lindblad is IN at Racing Bulls (have they confirmed what name they'll use in 2026)

Max and Lawson remain at RBR and Racing Bulls respectively

https://www.formula1.com/en/latest/article/analysis-the-key-questions-answered-as-red-bull-and-racing-bulls-confirm.5ns1T1ZdutSLPEZFUSbi8e

Why do this BEFORE the last race of the season?  Max can still win the WDC, and while Tsunoda hasn't been much help this year, why risk him not being helpful if he actually can be?  What exactly is Tsunoda supposed to do for  team that doesn't want him?

It's hard to argue that Tsunoda hasn't been the best at RBR.  I'd like to think that Hadjar has put in a great rookie season, and can do wll at the 'big team', but history has shown it can be a difficult transition.  Maybe Mekies will handle things better than Horner did?

Piastri and Norris took turns looking unstoppable.  Now they look very stoppable.  What happens if Max wins the WDC for 2025?
