The only way this couldn't have happened was if a bigger team turfed one of their drivers to make room for Kamui.

I'm really happy watching him race, I'm happy with his attitude towards the sport.  I do hope that he and Sauber continue to be a great fit.

I hope their 2011 car is better so we can see how good he really is.

He certainly deserves to stay in F1 and Peter has obviously moved quickly to make sure he stays at Sauber for one more year. It is hard to remember sometimes that Kamui is still in his rookie season, all the F1 races are new for him until Brazil so he has a teriffic record for his rookie year.

He certainly can give Vettel a lesson or two on how to overtake well seasoned opponents.  ;) 8)
If Kamui can keep the momentum going into the next few seasons he surely will be sitting in a top car and knocking on the door of a championship.  :yahoo:

As sure I am of Vettel being a championship calibre driver, and sticking up for his antics this season... I'd love to see Kamui beat Vettel and get a championship first!  The sport would be well served.
