Am I alone in thinking that these two sections of the forum are more or less inter-changeable and may be better merged into one. There seems to be no clear difference in the type of topic posted in each and there seems to be little purpose in the split. It just means if I am looking for a particular thread I have to look in two different places.
Please don't view this as a complaint it is simply an observation/suggestion.

The F1 Discussion section has always been here since the site opened, it became apparent after a short time that breaking news (and rumours) was also important to members hence the birth of F1 Grapevine.
The Grapevine is intended to be a quick pit stop to catch up on F1 news without having to view every thread. Don't worry Steven it's not viewed as a complaint and in fact, I thank you for your suggestion and ask any members to comment on this or any other part of the site they could could be improved.

Good point Steven. I also agree with Wiz. However some rationalization should be attempted by the moderator so that we do not have multiple posts dealing with a similar topic.
