Title: My heart.
Post by: Ian on January 27, 2016, 06:39:01 PM
Well, off to St Thomas' hospital tomorrow for an ablation, not looking forward to it, hopefully that will be the end of my heart problem.

I hope it all goes well and am interested in what happens and how it went as I had a heart attack in December which was sorted by a stent being fitted and am having an angioplasty in February but also have an irregular heart beat which has only just happened. So keep well and report back Ian.

Thanks my friends, ablation was spot on (even though it wasn't very nice) BP, heart rate and ECG were all excellent, hopefully that's the end of it all, apart from check-ups of course.  :good:

Wonderful news Ian.  Did you ask them about installing ERS or KERS while you were at it?  The car won't run without a good engine.

So far so good thanks Scott, although to be honest I don't feel any different to before the heart operation, I never knew or even thought there might be something wrong, if it hadn't been for the new doctor at my GP's surgery I dread to think what might have happened.

Like Ian today was good news for me as I had another angiogram and was given the all clear and did not need anymore stents, a weeks recovery and I can get back to normal whatever that is!
