Title: Who'd thought there was car racing behind Iron Curtain in USSR
Post by: John S on April 13, 2020, 03:56:55 PM
Much like F1 the cars in Formula Easter were single seat open wheel racers, nearly all individual construction with limits on engine cc - albeit just 1300.  :swoon:

Some managed to get over 110bhp from the Lada lump that they all used.  :good:

Gearheads (Petrolheads across the pond) are everywhere, and we will build something to race!  :yahoo:

It reminds me of the early days of Formula Junior, when they were using BMC A-series, Fiat 1100 and SAAB two cycle engines along with production based running gear.
