Wiz 4 out of 4 :yahoo:
Schlesser substituted for the injured Mansell. McLaren won 15 out of 16 races that season with the incredible MP4/4. (Senna 8 Prost 7). Senna was leading Monza when he was involved in a crash with Schlesser so a Ferrari won the race.

Been up to my eyeballs the last month organising 2 big events. The Motorsport Festival of the new Malta Motorsport Federation of which I am chairman, and doing Clerk of the Course at the Grand Prix de Malte.
Google Grand Prix de Malte to find out more and see some mouthwatering pics.
Went motorcycling on holiday last week and am now getting back to normal.

I knew it! Mansell was replaced temporarily by Brundle and Schlesser in 1988 and I had a 50/50 chance of getting it right first time. - Typical!
Nice one Steven, very enjoyable indeed. :good:
-
Thanks Wiz.
Back to you for the next one

I had a look at the Grand Prix de Malte site. Racing round the streets in the sun seems very appealling since I am currently in a very wet and very windy Scotland.
Looks like a fun event and must involve a lot of hard work to get a race meeting in a city track.
