Touch of sour grapes from Marko, other teams have voted for the rule change why single out Merc?

I'm sure if new rule suited RBR and Merc opposed it Marko wouldn't think twice about causing others a problem.

If you can see a possible advantage from a proposed rule change it'd be nuts not to vote for it.

Oh, I'm sure Marko would have only considered what's best for the sport, not what's best for RBR.

And if you believe that, I'll give you a really good price on the Brooklyn Bridge.  ;)

I simply don't like Dr H Marko!!! ... never liked him back in the Seb/Web days and still don't like him now!!!

Here is the parallel, we often hear when teams stop work on the current season's car an start work on the next season's car.  So, are we now looking at 2019 arguments and limiting development on 2018 arguments???  :yahoo:

All the best,
Cal :)

8 teams helped research this rule, with one being more prominent than the others. 2 didn't.

Can you guess where Mercedes and Red Bull fit into this?

Now motorsport.com is reporting that more teams voted against than for the rules change, it required FIA & FOM votes to get it passed.

Perhaps Marko is speaking for more of the pit lane than just his own teams and is not just berating Toto because it puts them at disadvantage.

I still reckon Merc is free to use their vote how they like even though their agenda may be more Machiavellian than it first appears.
