Post by: cosworth151 on January 13, 2021, 04:43:28 PM
Alpine (formerly Renault F1) has dropped Team Principal Cyril Abiteboul. Laurent Rossi has been named as the CEO of the company and in charge of the company’s sporting activities, including the Formula 1 team. It's not yet clear who will be the new Team Principal.

it's hard to say how important the team principal is to a team.  There's plenty of factors going on.

But Enstone felt like they were perpetually on year 3 of a 5 year plan.  I'm not sure if someone else would do better, but I feel like this is an excuse to start a new 5 year plan.
