Title: Empowering Women in Motorsport

Susie Wolff is on a bit of mission it seems to me.  Not able to progress her own career she's trying to help other women to progress theirs.  I like the philosophy underpinning this idea, but I'm not sure that it's going to be enough to facilitate women getting into Formula 1, although to be fair that's not the stated aim of the project.

If it can increase the number of women taking part in grass roots motorsport, it could lead to positive developments for women in Formula 1 in the future.  It's going to be a lengthy process though, in my view.

The idea of more females competing in motor sport is very intriguing. Men have always loved to chase women  :-* !!

In Motorsports as in real life, I would prefer women chase ME!   8)
