This is very spooky.  I was just thinking before I logged on that we have not had one of these in a while.

It's John Watson in a McLaren

It has skirts and looks like an early ground effect car so I think Cos is probably right with 79. 

I have no idea of the model number.

I am going to say it is not Silverstone but Monza based on the size of the front and rear wings although that may be due to the ground effect.
