You got that right. If your under 70 here your a kid

I suppose that makes me a teenager at just under 50.

I don't have a specific best looking car, but when I look at the cars from the late 80s, eg the all conquering McLaren MP4/4 from 88, I just love their simplicity compared to the complex monstrosities that they build nowadays.

My favorites are the 3 liter cars from 1966 to 1976. My favorites are the Gurney-AAR Eagle T1G with its distinctive "eagle beak" nose. A very close 2nd is the early Lotus 49, before the wings & the adverts.

What era F1 cars did you think looked the best? For
me I think it was the early 70's t0 late 70's car.

Certainly that's the era that is cemented in the public consciousness as a 'race car'.  The modern cars are just a variation on that, in F1, in Indy, and most open wheel series.

And the John Player Special paint job is stunning.

All the JPS logo'ed cars were fantastic not just for the paint either and the 7up Jordan has to be one of the most beautiful cars ever.
