An interesting read mostly about the Canadian side of the border. The CAW (an offshoot of the UAW, after a war not unlike the FISA-FOCA wars) will not budge from their initial offer of reducing labour costs from $74/hr down by $7.25/hr - while in the U.S. the Chrysler workers cost about $55/hr (yes all the same dollars - US).
That's right, you read it here, the CAW could well cost Chrysler its' life.
