Title: More Change at McLaren

Jonathan Neale is moved and former Volkswagon motorsport boss Jost Capito takes his place.  Jokes about using trick emissions software to make the Honda engine go faster aside, I am unsure as to how his appointment is going to bring about much improvement.  McLaren's problems seem to stem from the engine and the board room, neither of which he's going to be able to do very much about.

McLaren, in my world, are right up there with Ferrari in the history of Open Wheel racing autos. Well, OK, Mercedes and Alfa etc. did have some impressive race cars in the Hitler era, but more recently McLaren have done good.
Their association with Honda in the past has been pretty productive, though Honda lately seems a little distracted with worldly concerns (read accounting).  I like Ron Dennis, though having never met him personally, he seems to be a man driven by passion, or is it wealth?
Time will tell.
