Claire Williams, daughter of Sir Frank and his late wife Claire, is the new deputy team principal at Williams.
A statement release on Wednesday said that Claire Williams, 36, will “play a pivotal role in the day-to-day running and long term development of the race team. The position will strengthen the future of the team and create a clear succession path for Williams.”
Best of luck in your new job, Ms. Williams!
:good: :good: :good: :good:
Keep it in the family, Frank. Great to hear.
I think she deserves the place, not because she is family, but because of her ability. I really hope she plays her tunes well, because it looks like Williams have a really poor car this year. It may be another one of those 5 pointer season. (If you ask me, it may be worse than that)
Good Luck Claire :good:
Who needs KERS power when you have girl power...God i sound like the Spice Girls

I didn't mean it that way. However I don't think Frank would groom just any 36yr old to become team principal.
Best of luck indeed, and anything else you can use. More women in F1 management - good stuff.
