Complaints and discussions like Grosjean is making to the press needs to stop. It doesn't help anyone to run off your mouth about technical problems. Discuss it within the team and just act perplexed and vague when talking to the press.
Grosjean should remember that Haas rescued his career and he wouldn't even be on the grid without them signing him. Shut up and support the team. Even Gutierrez suggested it might just be Grosjean's inability to find a setup that suited him and he should just get on with the setup work.

Disagree.
We need more drivers who are willing to show some personality. I don't think he blamed the team any more than an observer would. We all know he didn't suddenly become a p*ss poor driver, if he crashed his car, it wasn't working for him.
It's a team sport, and like any team sport, there are days where the team just doesn't gel. Haas is still a new team, and they have to learn how to get through the bad days. On those days, it's nice to see people get angry.
